1. APPLICANTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATE MEMBER WILL BE REQUIRED:

a)A minimum of two years after graduation;
b)To living outside Brazil;
c)To completed the application form, with the indication of 3 full or emeritus members;
d)One copy of the curriculum in PORTUGUESE, according to the Lattes curriculum model, and two copies of the respective certificates (scientific and professional activities);

TO MEET AT LEAST ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

a)Have a Residency in General Surgery or equivalent in a surgical specialty, for at least two years;
b)Have a Specialist Degree in General Surgery awarded by the competent entity in the
country of residence;
c)To present proof professional activity in surgery in the country of residence; or
d)To present proof of teaching activity in surgery in an official medical school;

Relationship Director may request the applicant to produce other documents for a more complete evaluation.
